M.Ed., LPC

As a counselor, I have a vivid sense of the emotional fatigue, fear, isolation, and the toll trauma and loss can have on oneself and relationships.

I am familiar with navigating the devastation of unexpected life circumstances.

Within the wilderness of your pain, I believe there is a path forward—a path that leads to restoration, resilience, and renewed connections. This path is found in learning to experience safe connection in oneself and with others.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families, who have experienced trauma and loss, offering therapeutic modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

These evidence-based approaches can help you integrate the impact of trauma, heal wounds, and create a solid foundation for rebuilding and reconnecting.

Join me, wherever you are on your journey, together we can find a way towards healing and stronger connection.

Asking for help is one of the bravest steps a person can take!
